Charice Pempengco already released her first international single and according to some reports. It reached a second spot in Canadian iTunes music chart. Hopefully it will also debut on the US Billboard Digital Chart next week. Our prayers to our fellow Filipina who will also bring honors to the country through her voice.

Hopefully her album will recognized in the US.

This young Filipina that was raised single-handedly by her mother who lived without so much money in her early life. She will now live a better life although she already started experiencing it since she became popular. She could already buy whatever she want, can live in better house sleep in a comfortable sleep number bed .Hopefully she will continue to keep her feet on the ground.

I am sure I wasn’t the only one shocked when Kris Allen was announced as the winner of American Idol season 8. Kris is a college student from Conway, Arkanses. Even Kris himself was shocked and couldn’t help but ask “Are you serious?” after hearing his name announced as the winner. “I’m sorry, I don’t even know what to feel right now. This is crazy!” he said according to MNNBC

The world was shocked more than 100 million votes were cast between Lambert and Allen. A record-setting 624 million votes were cast over the season.

My husband and I really thought that Adam Lambert will earn the crown. He was the season’s favorite and always on the top during the elimination to the finals. I am sure if there was a lot of betting out there as to who will be the winner. Some almost lost iphone accessories due to the bet.

I saw the recent performances of top four contenders in the American Idol when they performed rock music of the well known rock Guns 'N Roses guitarist Slash. That was an awesome high energy and it seems that they are taking ephedrine hcl especially Adam Lambert.

If you have a great voice and can sing, all you have to do is to compose good songs first or find great composers and producers then voila, you’re on your way to becoming a great singer (although some of the great singers of today are also a product of singing contest also). Of course I’m talking about the way things work before.

But today aspiring singers suddenly can become popular because of some talent search on TV. Like American Idol and Got Talent search.

It used to be that aside from having a great voice, talent must prepare herself or himself first before appearing to the public and ensure he or she is also good looking. I am not sure that if there is already some beauty enhancement before like acne scar treatment and other skin treatment so that people will be amazed not only of your voice but of your appearance as well.

Today, even if one is not as good looking as we think, as long as you are able to capture people’s hearts, you stand a good chance to become a star because people will vote for you.

My husband called me in the office just to share about a new sensation from Britain’s Got Talent: Susan Boyle, a 47-year old lady who impressed her judges with her marvelous rendition of Les Miserables’ “I Dreamed a Dream.”

He saw it first on TV and searched in You tube for the said video and then he gave me the link. I was very curious to see the video but when I was about to see, my computer said the system memory is low. On the other hand, I wouldn’t close some of the programs since I was working on some deadlines. I had to wait till I would reach home to able to see the video.

I was amazed and a bit teary eyed when I saw the video at home and the way the judges commented on her. Hopefully she will win the contest, although there is a new 12 year old by who sings Michael Jackson songs and he could be her biggest competitor.

It is really hard sometimes when a problem revolves around managing finances. Financial problem is also the alleged reason why the wife of Ted Failon, a well known TV and radio personality, committed suicide. What ever specific financial problem it is remains a question of every body for now. I am sure Mr. Failon earns a lot since he is a regular news anchor of TV Patrol of ABS-CBN and radio anchor in DZMM. This goes to show that even those who earn as much as Ted may not be spared from this problem.

I know other people even ask the help and being offered finance jobs since it is really hard these days to make ends meet.

Orlando vacations is also for the music lovers because it is home of live music, from the House of Blues to the Hard Rock Cafe and many more concerts venues.
