Apart from Michael Jackson, I am also sad about the passing away of Farrah Fawcett. Looking back as a kid, our household was a regular viewer of the original cast of Charlie’s Angels. Charlie’s Angels were the standard of beauty back in the 70s.

The other members were Jacklyn Smith and Kate Jackson. There was a time that it was difficult for us to accept that Farrah had to be replaced by Cheryl Ladd. She’s such a darling to many people and I am sure she will be sorely missed.

In fact, I would always sing his One Day in Your Life whenever I’d go to Videoke bars. Yes, you may count me in countless fans of Michael.

After the successful concert of Pussycat Dolls here in the Philippines, there are rumors in the entertainment industry about the plan of Solar Entertainment to tap the Filipino- Russian-Hawaiian-what-else-can-we-call-her lead singer Nicole Prescovia Elikolani Valiente Scherzinger whose father is a Filipino and her mother was a Russian/Hawaiian. She will be partnered with the world’s number one pound for pound boxer and the “people’s champ” Manny “Pacman” Paquiao in a movie.

According to some reports, the movie is about super heroes. So whatever it will be, let’s just hope it will push through and that it has a mighty good story. Both deserve a film as great as they are and not just to have them work on treadmills and exercises during the movie so that this would be a box office hit.

A week after our visit to Belgium, someone advised me to take diet pill with all the Belgian chocolates I have eaten. As we all know Belgium is very famous for their chocolates. We visited a place in Brussels where there is a long street full of stores dedicated to selling chocolates. You can even have try them for free before buying.

From a bargain set of chocolates like Guylian to the more expensive brands including the popular Leonidas and Godiva, my bag runs over full of them before we got back home.
