My husband tells me that he likes to collect song hits and recorded albums when he was still single. He told me that every week he would save money from his weekly allowances to buy them not because he wants to sing but to help his friend who was selling them.

He recalled one time while he was about to ride in a bus, he didn’t notice that his wallet dropped from his pants until a comic and song hits vendor ran after him to return his wallet. Working in a call center will surely have its pros and cons especially the agent almost always become the shock absorber of the companies he or she represents. It would be best to stay objective and not let the customers’ negative vibes affect them.
