With the booming of television business and the decline of the movie business, actor and actresses find refuge in getting busy with TV shows and TV-related projects in lieu of movies. But they are glad with the entry of another network. Now network war extended to three stations coming from only two. At least now, those who lost their jobs from the two networks have a good chance at the third network. Now they can still can be in shape and work again. Many of them gained weight but now they can take the best diet pills as work and projects pour in anew.
Last week, actress Kim Chiu had a shooting here in our place for ABS-CBN “Your Song Presents”. They were here early in the morning or around past six and the shooting was finished at almost 12 o’clock morning the next day. Watching her, I realized how hard it is to be of this profession. That’s why they really grab the opportunity to work hard because we know that if they don’t have work, then they don’t have income. They are not like regular employees where you just can have payday advance if short on budget.
Imagine they had shooting all day. Some scenes were shot under the heat of the sun. With all the heat of the production lights, afterwards there are some scenes where Kim has to be wet during the night. Even though it’s raining, they still continued with it.
Blind items have become the most awaited portion nowadays in showbiz or entertainment shows. If you are having blind items on any celebrities whether they are bad, good or even ridiculous, many people love them. One of the daily showbiz shows on TV have numerous blind items in almost every segment. The show rated highly and people love it and it seems that the show has become their daily diet pills anymore. People can’t let the day pass without making a guess out of blind items.
The country was captured, seized or conquered by international performers. Concerts from abroad stormed the country with performers like David Archuleta and now the Gin Blossom where they have a couple of concerts on November 18, 2010 (Thursday) at the Araneta Coliseum and on November 20, 2010 (Saturday) at the Waterfront Hotel & Casino in Cebu City. I am sure lots or Filipinos are now saving and even have their budgets on their best diet supplements that will be spent for the tickets.
The show business world was in shock after the loss of one of the respectable talent managers. He discovered and managed lots of the well known actors and actresses in the show business today that’s why lots of them consider losing him a really big loss in the industry. Fame comes and goes especially since the world is changing very fast. So my advice to those in show business is to better secure your future and have a social security disability insurance. Nobody knows what will happen everyday.
If you are visiting a restaurant what is important to you? Is it the appearance or the food? Although there’s a lot of restaurants out there that offers really nice ambiance while serving nice foods, sometimes we cant avoid eating in an expensive restaurant. However, the menu is really presented well and not just in cheap printing of brochure but the foods is not just awesome to take. My husband rather eat in a carinderia that serves the best tasting foods with out having a printed menu but you can ask the one serving you. He remember way back in college when his friends would love to eat in a carenderia located inside his house where there was a pig pen, too. But they serve really nice food that you can afford to forgive the awful smell of the pig pen.
