We are now really living in a world of danger. There are lots of dangers all around. Aside from physical danger, there are also lots of factors around us that are already causing us harm even without our knowledge. These include lead exposure for example. We don’t even know or understand how this element can harm us.
We don’t even know what is it and where we can get this harm from. All we know is that lead is a soft, malleable poor metal. It has a bluish-white color after being freshly cut, but it soon tarnishes to a dull grayish color when exposed to air. But we do not know that this element can really harm us not just immediately. There are unwanted effects but the worse is that there are lots of long term effect on us if we are exposed from this element. It is better to ensure yourself and especially your children for lead safety. Do not buy unregulated toys available in the market. These might be the source of lead exposure but any thing that you think of actually might have lead as well. Lead can cause diminished learning abilities of children and can also disrupt behavior of children, such as aggression, impulsive behavior and hyperactivity. The worse side effect is brain damage.
For security reason it is better to educate also those who are babby sitting your children.
To all those who are going to have their holiday break out of town or to those who are going home in the province, I hope you can ensure safety first of your home especially if you reside in the metro.
If you still remember, even some of our celebrities have already been victims of burglary.
As we all know there are some people out there who love this kind of season because this is the time when they know most people are out of their homes. Thus, this is their chance to freely sneak in to your houses. It is better to check your house for possible easy entries. Try to have better door hardware if you can’t afford some safety or security gadgets. Have a trusted person to look after your house while you are away.
How I wish I could have a long break so we go out of town with my family, stay in a place were we could just spend more time together without thinking that tomorrow I will have my dead lines and she would have her presentations. A place were could enjoy like in a farm driving around with an ATV enjoying together with my family. Just hoping that time will come that’s instead of fixing company problem, we can just change ATV Tires in the farm.
I am so glad that my son loves to bike. Instead of just playing his computer and his psp, now he has a more active lifestyle. Although even before, his dad and I have been trying to limit his using computer and playing PSP to Fridays, after school and Saturday nights only. I am glad that he already accepted the kind of arrangement from us especially at his age where he needs more activities.
There’s an on-going search for the next female pop superstar in one of the local channels on TV that was hosted by singer, actress andmega star Miss Sharon Cuneta. I think they are on their top 10 already. Many of them we can say are really promising not just as singers but also with the whole package with their looks and voice. Although there are some who got it to the finals, there are also some who said they better get rid of acne first. But as we all know this is a singing contest. If you wanted to be in the spotlight as a singer, you should not only have the voice but a total personality.
