My husband and I can be classified as music lovers. We are believers in the saying that “Music speaks what cannot be expressed, soothes the mind and gives it rest, heals the heart and makes it whole, flows from heaven to the soul.” It is no wonder to me why our son has been showing signs of appreciating music, too. How we wish to see him play a music instrument someday. Yes, even to play the guitar and to sing acoustics with his lace pickups around his neck in the future.
Last night we were able to watch the movie “Love Actually,” an all-star cast movie in UK. The movie is about eight separate love stores of eight couples. Each couple has different story, experiences and also in different ages. Although most of them have a happy ending some do not have happy ending. We love the movie. To those couples who are celebrating their anniversary, aside from anniversary gift basket at Shari's Berries you can watch this movie together as well.
We love to document all of our son’s activities. Aside from the photos, we also keep his school achievements other school-related papers. Luckily, there is an available iphone application where we just can take a photo and just serve as a scanner. Compared too before when we really needed a computer scanner and scanner software to do that. At least he will be able to see all his hard works when he gets old.
My son Kyle loves to listen to Israel Kamakawiwo's old songs especially his version of “What a Wonderful World and “Somewhere Over the Rainbow”. Before he sleeps, we would attach surround speakers to his ipad and play these songs repeatedly until he dozes off. We created a play list of these songs and we just added the version of Louis Armstrong. Play list of songs keeps on repeating for more than three times every night before he sleeps.
