Last Saturday, we passed by an area where there was a road accident. A boy was hit by a van and was just covered by newspaper while those who surround him waited for an emergency rescue or response team.

It’s a pity that it was just near the entrance of a military compound and there was a military hospital inside that compound. I wonder there is still no emergency personnel seen in the area. I also wonder because that road was jam-packed by traffic so why was the boy hit that hard?

You can’t really avoid an accident. Even if you drive carefully, those around you sometimes do not. You’re lucky if you have better auto insurance to handle the un-anticipated.
