The country is currently debating about the family planning bill or RH bill recently. Here, our government is doing everything by passing a law to control child birth in the country. Other countries in Asia and Europe are encouraging their citizens to have babies. Other countries are giving out incentives to those parents who have babies and their law provides subsidies to parents with new born babies. What I believe is that the number of children is not a problem as long as parents are responsible enough to give a better future for them.
