Just last month my home province in Negros was hit by a magnitude of 6.9 earthquake although our neighboring province was really at the center of the quake and it has left more than 40 lives. More than 100 aftershocks were felt. Just yesterday another one hit with a magnitude of 5 and it was also felt in Masbate after those earthquakes felt in other parts of the world. You can’t blame people from feeling nervous especially those who are working or living in high rise or steel buildings.
